All food and beverage prices are subject to a 17% service charge and local sales tax,      currently 5.5%.

Meals
Banquet menu selection, room requirements, and all other arrangements are to be made a minimum of three weeks prior to your event.  All food and beverages must be purchased     through the Voyageur Inn.  No food or beverages may be brought into or taken from the banquet areas by the patron or the patron's guests.  Exceptions are favors and cakes. All Federal, State, and   Local laws will be strictly adhered to with regard to food and beverage purchase and consumption.  If this is violated there will be a $200 penalty.

Champagne Sizes & Price
House Brand Champagne – 750ml = $15.00 per Bottle
Asti Spumante
                – 750ml = $17.00 per Bottle

Beer Prices
½ Barrel of Domestic Beer is currently $195.00 plus service charge.

Cake Cutting Service
There is a $100.00 minimum for our staff to slice and serve cake.  There is no charge to have a person from your party to cut and serve the cake.

Napkins & Linens
We provide white linen napkins and tablecloths at no charge. The hotel can arrange for colored napkins for $.25 per napkin.

Bar & Entertainment
The ballroom bar will close at Midnight.  Live music, D.J., etc. will be expected to stop at Midnight also.  No Exceptions. There will be no alcohol allowed outside of the Ballroom.  Management reserves the right to control the volume of any band D.J., Etc.  If necessary, entertainers will be asked, only once, to lower the volume.  Non-compliance will necessitate appropriate action, which may include, but is not limited to, stopping the performance or limiting the volume level.

Decorating
To avoid damage of wall paper or paint, the affixing of anything to the wall, floor or ceiling is not permitted.  The use of certain decorations requires management approval.  Helium balloons, confetti, and tinsel are not allowed under any circumstance.  A security deposit of $100 is required.  Security deposits are refundable upon inspection of the facility.  Any damage to the property or facility will be deducted accordingly.

Facility Fee
A non-refundable $500 facility fee is required.  This fee covers:

  • Room

  • Gift Opening, next day

  • Bartender Fee

  • Set up

  • Dance Floor

  • Clean Up

Payment Policy
An advance deposit of $500.00 is required with a definite booking. All deposits are non-refundable. Final payments for all services shall be made 5 days prior to event.  Credit cards will be accepted as payment with an additional charge of 3%

Prices
Menu prices are subject to change and will be confirmed six months prior to scheduled event date.   All prices are subject to a 17% service charge.  The total of all prices and services is subject to state tax, currently 5.5%.

Cancellations
Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the scheduled event well result in a cancellation fee equal to the anticipated event revenue as outlined on the event agreement.

Guest Rooms
The hotel has 72 guest rooms. To assure your guests of availability, have them reserve their   room as soon as possible after you book your wedding date. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy   for individual guest room reservations. We do offer discounted room rates, but we do not reserve specific rooms in a wedding block.  Guest room blocks may be subject to performance fees, release dates and cancellation fees as outlined in a Group Accommodations Agreement.

Liability
Groups need to agree to be responsible for any damages done to the premises or equipment by members, guests, and invitees or outside groups contracted by the organization during the period of time they are on Voyageur Inn property.  All damages will be charged accordingly.  The Voyageur Inn & Conference Center will not assume responsibility for damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left in the hotel prior to, during or following your event.  Security arrangements should be made for all items to be left unattended for any time.
